This 3U CubeSat chassis is meticulously designed and constructed from aluminum sheet metal, and plated to strictly adhere to the CubeSat Design Specification (CDH).

  • Robust Construction: Featuring a one-piece design, the chassis is extremely strong yet lightweight, ensuring maximum structural integrity throughout the demanding launch environment.
  • Optimal Volume: Each unit provides a clean 97mm x 97mm internal cross-sectional volume—the perfect space to securely house your nanosatellite's bus and payload modules.
  • Modular Assembly: The core Chassis Walls are designed to be integrated with a Base Plate Assembly and a Cover Plate Assembly to form a complete, flight-ready CubeSat Kit structure.
